Do you want a fun, active, and inspiring part-time job and have an interest in children and swimming? Then you have come to the right place. Trampoolin is growing, and we are now looking for several swimming instructors for our baby swimming and swimming schools. We are hiring for all our 13 pools in Stockholm. The position is approximately 2-15 hours per week.

Our operations are conducted on weekday evenings/afternoons and weekends, full days. A work shift is between approximately 2 – 5 hours in the water. In addition to the water time, paid time is included for planning, reporting, and customer contact. We have pools throughout Greater Stockholm from north to south. We swim at several facilities in the city center. We also swim in Nacka, Haninge, Södertälje, Upplands Bro, Upplands Väsby, Bromma, Täby & Åkersberga. Our instructors need to be able to travel between the facilities.

If you lack training, we will train you! You will receive good training and plenty of practice in your pedagogical skills. If you are already a trained swimming instructor assistant or swimming instructor, that is of course an advantage. If you lack the required training, you will undergo our internal training which is approved by the Swedish Baby Swimming Association and the Swedish Lifesaving Society.

As an employee at Trampoolin Swimming Schools, you will work on a fixed 8-week schedule. This means that you, as an employee, will work the same hours and days for an 8-week period. In addition to hourly pay and training, we provide wetsuits and ongoing training in technique, CPR, and safety.

To work as a swimming instructor, you need to be at least 18 years old.

As a person, you are attentive, cheerful, engaged, responsible, and flexible! In this job, you will practice and develop your leadership skills.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience of active engagement and work within sports and associations. You will be working with our primary target group, children, so we would like you to have some experience working with children and youth.

The hourly wage is based on age and experience.
